1. How do I log into the Site Administrator Control Panel?

All Urbancolo Virtual hosting accounts come with an easy to use graphical user interface. The Control panel can be found at : http://www.yoursite.com/cp/


2. How do I set up my email in a POP3 Client?

Open Outlook Express

• Go to Tools --> Accounts.
• In the 'Internet Accounts' window, click on Add -->Mail

Follow the steps through the Internet Connection Wizard:
• Enter your name, click 'Next'
• Click the option 'I already have an email address...' and enter "your username"@yoursite.com.
• Click 'Next' Choose the 'POP3' option for server.
• Enter yoursite.com' as the incoming mail server and yoursite.com' as the outgoing • Click 'Next' Enter"(your username)" for 'account name' and enter your password. You may also check the box for 'remember password'.

• Click on next --> Enter User name & Password
• Click 'Next' Click 'Finish'

All Urbancolo Accounts some with Perl support, simply create a folder called CGIBIN in the main web folder of your site.

You may FTP into your site with any of the standard FTP applications. The address is yoursite.com (No ftp in front) Use your login name and password for entry.Fow windows user we suggest using Aceftp, it's free,powerful, and very simple. For macintosh users we suggest using the Fetch client.
