1. How do I log into the Site Administrator
Control Panel?
All Urbancolo Virtual hosting accounts come with an easy to use
graphical user interface. The Control panel can be found at : http://www.yoursite.com/cp/
2. How do I set up my email in a POP3 Client?
Open Outlook Express
Go to Tools --> Accounts.
In the 'Internet Accounts' window, click on Add -->Mail
Follow the steps through the Internet Connection Wizard:
Enter your name, click 'Next'
Click the option 'I already have an email address...' and
enter "your username"@yoursite.com.
Click 'Next' Choose the 'POP3' option for server.
Enter yoursite.com' as the incoming mail server and yoursite.com'
as the outgoing Click 'Next' Enter"(your username)"
for 'account name' and enter your password. You may also check the
box for 'remember password'.
Click on next --> Enter User name & Password
Click 'Next' Click 'Finish'

on list manager.Create new list,name the list, save the list,and
add your email addresses.

Log into your control panel at http://www.yoursite.com/admin/, click
on the site atatistics button,and the sites traffic stats will appear.

Log into your control panel at http://www.yoursite.com/admin/, click
on the user management button, add new user,and click on the site
administrator before saving the new user.
8. How do I access my users personal webpage?
Log into your personal webpage control panel at http://www.yoursite.com/users/username/
9. How Can I change the password for site administrators?
Log into your control panel at http://www.yoursite.com/admin/, once
you have logged in, click on the user management button. Click on
the blue buton next to the user to change the users settings.

email account? Log into your personal webpage control
panel at http://www.yoursite.com/users/username/,once you have logged
in, simply change the password in the password field, and save.
11. What kind of scripting languages does
my account support?All Urbancolo accounts come with Perl
support, Unix hosting account come with PHP,Windows accounts support
PHP, and ASP.
12. How can I access my websites personal
CGI BIN?
All Urbancolo Accounts some with Perl support, simply create a folder
called CGIBIN in the main web folder of your site.
13. How do I upload files to my website? You may FTP
into your site with any of the standard FTP applications. The address
is yoursite.com (No ftp in front) Use your login name and password
for entry.Fow windows user we suggest using Aceftp,
it's free,powerful, and very simple. For macintosh users we suggest
using the Fetch
client.
