Toby Morning has been an entrepreneur since the young age of 14 when he opened his first retail shop doing Airbrushing. The airbrushing business grew to be a $24,000 a year venture by the Time he was 15.

In 1993 Toby was hired by the City Of Los Angeles & The MTA to write the criteria for a city wide Grafitti Abatement program.

In June of 96' Toby produced his first music event called "Akilia", the event brought together some 2,000 southern california dancers, and $16,000 in revenues. With those revenues, DJ Union Distribution was born in Jan 1997.In 1999 Toby was hired as head of Business Development in the US by Destiny Media Technologies, a publicly traded software company creating solutions for the entertainment industry.

In 1999, Mr. Morning started Urbancolo Networks as a side venture to host some friends websites, and run an internet radio station called DJ Union Radio.

Urbancolo is now one of the nations fastest growing minority owned technology companies, and is part of the Urban Technology Ventures family of companies.

Toby also sits on the board of Global Business Incubation, a non-profit business incubator located in San Diego,Ca. Through his UTV firm, he also sits on the boards of IP Band Networks, Digiplates Software, and is a share holder in Destiny Media Technologies.
